Parker turned 15 today. It's hard to believe our boy is that old! In seven short months he can get his driver's permit (yikes!!!). He chose the cheesecake sampler from Sams Club for his cake. Tasty and no work for me! :o) He's getting soooo tall - he's 5'10". His newest endeavour is the pole vault on the track team. Not sure how I feel about my boy flying through the air and hopefully landing on a big pillow..... :o) But I'm sure he'll do great, and it will be fun to watch him fly through the air!
Cash is always a fabulous gift for a 15 year-old!
Parker's birthday celebration actually started on the 14th when he and John went to the NBA Jam Session that was held here with the NBA All-Star Game. Parker wore his new Steve Nash/Phoenix Suns jersey (also an early birthday present) and they had a great time!
The picture below is of Tim Duncan. They saw other NBA players but couldn't get close enough to get a picture. They also saw some "old timer" NBA players and got their autographs. They had an awesome time!
