New Mission Pictures! :o)

I received the following email and pictures from Sister Catsakis today. Sister Catsakis is a lady from Greece who now lives in Phoenix and translated the Book of Mormon into Greek. Zach met Sister Catsakis at an institute luncheon after he received his mission call, and we had her, and a couple from our stake who were also called to serve in Greece, to our home right before Zach left for his mission in October. Sister Catsakis shared with us her testimony and conversion story, both of which touched our hearts and strengthened our testimonies.

Here's what Sister Catsakis wrote:

Hi Sister Kelley,

Nice talking to you on the phone. Attached are the pictures of your son. Sister Campbell is the granddaughter of my friend. She is the one who sent the pictures. Her greatgrandfather was a Greek who emigrated to the USA, was converted to the gospel and then married a Smith girl, a descendant of the brother of Joseph Smith, Sr. The immigrant and his wife at their old age in about the 1960's went to Greece and spent much time finding and copying genealogical records. Thousands of their family names have been and are still being sent to the Temples for ordinance work. They are considered the pioneers of Greek genealogy.

Thank you for sending your son to Greece to bring the restored gospel to my people!

I'm so thankful Zach's sharing the gospel with and serving the people of Greece. What a huge blessing this missionary service has been to our family and what a great example Zach is to us!
